Co-Founder
Shahab Zehtabchi is a product design strategist and educator. He has been designing online cross-disciplinary platforms which facilitate collaboration between design and diverse fields of science.
No_Land is an interdisciplinary collective founded in 2019, bringing together students, professionals, researchers, and practitioners from diverse fields of design and beyond.
We work across professional design education, design practice, research, and collective experimentation to support organizations, communities, and initiatives navigating social, cultural, and systemic change.
What began as an experimental academy with a project-based and relational approach to learning gradually expanded into a design studio and evolved into a broader collaborative practice.
Today, No_Land connects learning, design, research, and collective action to cultivate meaningful relations and create situated responses to the challenges of our time.

Co-Founder
Aboozar is a coordinator and facilitator working at the crossroads of design and the humanities. He cares about meaningful communication and brings knowledge and empathy to the team's research and conversations.
Atieh Jahanshahi
Atieh connects ideas, people, and the different parts of a project, with a focus on CX and service design. She asks the right questions, brings structure to ambiguity, and turns complex situations into something clear and actionable.
Gandom Karim
Gandom runs the Academy and keeps things moving. She bridges strategy and design, brings fresh perspectives to the team, and to her, new projects and new collaborators open doors that wouldn't exist outside this space.
Shaya Qanadan
Tinkering with relations and forms, Shaya tries to notice patterns and translate complexities into tangible experiences that help people navigate through life. At No Land, that means turning ideas and shared activities into forms of communication.
Emad Delkhosh
Emad is the team's problem solver and a designer to the core. Working between art and design, he keeps testing new experiences to understand where his work and his interests meet.

Golnar is a designer drawn to experience, games, and interaction. She enjoys finding new routes between experience and design, steps into unexpected stories, and brings creativity to everything the team builds together.

Kiana plans what comes next: how a brand holds together, how a strategy unfolds, and how design processes grow around both. Shared thinking with the team is where her creativity comes alive.

Sanaz notices what others overlook and turns everyday observations into ideas that feel unexpected and meaningful. She is curious about how human instincts and connection evolve alongside technology.
